(Queens, NY) – Resort World Casino New York City (RWNYC) keeps the summer rocking as they welcome hip hop all-star Rob Base on August 18th at 11:30pm at Bar 360.

From Harlem, NY, Rob Base along with his partner, DJ E-Z Rock, was best known for their song, "It Takes Two", a single that was a top 40 hit and certified platinum by the RIAA. The track was a part of the duo's album of the same name, which was also certified platinum. “It Takes Two” is #24 on Rolling Stone’s list of “The 50 Greatest Hip Hop Songs of All Time.”

Rob Base is also known for being one of the trailblazers of the crossover success of rap music, bringing the popular music mainstream and making it a crucial part of American history and culture.
