A Manhattan warehouse manager will soon be swimming in green. Juan Mendez, 45, won the $4.7 million LOTTO jackpot for the July 1 drawing, lottery officials announced Thursday.

Mendez and his wife have a ritual of buying a series of lottery tickets every Friday night after they leave work.

But on Friday June 30 he wasn't feeling well after a long day of work so he asked his wife to go without him to the Milena Pharmacy in Hudson Heights.

She bought two LOTTO tickets for $1 each.

The couple, with two children, couldn't believe their fortune after discovering one of the tickets matched all six numbers.

"It's unbelievable," he told reporters Thursday. "I'm still processing it."

His wife was also shocked.

"She was jumping," Mendez recalled.

The duo plans to use their winnings, a $2 million lump sum payment, to pay off all their debt and then buy a home "with a swimming pool for sure," Mendez said.

The winning were 20, 32, 40, 46, 52, 54 and Bonus Number 16.

Yangi Sherpa, from Woodside Queens, was also announced as a big winner Thursday.

Sherpa won the $7 million CASH4LIFE jackpot from the July 17 drawing.

"I was making deliveries for work and decided to buy a lottery ticket," Sherpa said. "My father plays all the games and suggested I play CASH4LIFE.”

She bought the ticket at Pronto Lotto on 74th St. in Elmhurst.

“There are lucky people in this world, and today I am one of them,” she said.

Sherpa decided to get a one-time lump sum payment of $4.3 after taxes. The money will go towards buying a new house for her family.

The winning numbers were 8, 17, 27, 28, 39 and Cash Ball 2.

A general contractor from Center Moriches in Suffolk County also won a big payday.

Eric DeBeauchamp, 24, hit the jackpot on the $5 Million Fortune ticket, lottery officials said.

"I was out to lunch with mom at a deli and decided to buy a scratch-off ticket to play while we waited," he said. "I chose the $5Million Fortune ticket because it was ticket number 13 from that book of tickets. Thirteen is a lucky number so that's the one I went with."

He bought the lucky ducat at the Pitstop Pantry on Montauk Highway in East Moriches.

"I've won a couple times before, but nothing like this," he said. "I plan to use the money to buy a new house, take a few vacations and open my own business."
