NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN THAT that pursuant to Section 6 NYCRR 617 (State Environmental Quality Review Act, or “SEQRA”) that the New York State Franchise Oversight Board (FOB) as SEQRA lead agency, has issued a notice of completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) prepared for the Resorts World New York City Expansion Phase 2 Project.
Comments on the DEIS must be received no later than 5 pm on June 6, 2025. Comments may be submitted in writing directly to the lead agency. Written comments may be submitted by e-mail to info@franchiseoversightboard.ny.gov, or by mail to the following address:

A copy of the DEIS is available for inspection at the Queens Public Library at Ozone Park, 92-24 Rockaway Blvd, Ozone Park, NY 11417. A flash drive of the entire DEIS and/or a paper copy of the Executive Summary of the DEIS are available at no charge upon request. To obtain a copy of the DEIS from the lead agency, please contact Steven Lowenstein at info@franchiseoversightboard.ny.gov or 518-388-3400.
