Queens, NY – Resorts World New York City (RWNYC) announced today it is kicking off a partnership with the Queens Chamber of Commerce to support local businesses on Saturday, May 1. RWNYC is sponsoring 40 local small businesses paired with a complimentary one-year membership to the Queens Chamber of Commerce.
“Resorts World is aware of the realities small businesses faced during the pandemic, and we hope to increase traffic and visibility with this partnership with Queens Chamber of Commerce. The ‘Adopt a Small Business’ program helps to alleviate some of these worries and help businesses get back on track to recovery,” said XX.
Membership to the Queens Chamber of Commerce gives business owners access to various support programs, including assistance regarding government agencies, business inventory and insurance discounts, and a network to a vast community of other business owners.
“As a business that had to close during the pandemic, we recognize first-hand the economic impact COVID has had on the community. By partnering with the Queens Chamber of Commerce to sponsor memberships, we hope to help other businesses recover from that impact,” said XX.
Resorts World continues to support small businesses with the recently developed Community Partners Program. The CPP is a coalition of small businesses that offer discounts to Resorts World rewards card members in exchange for free advertising. Partnering with the Queens Chamber of Commerce will encourage more businesses within the five boroughs to enroll in the Community Partners Program and increase their visibility.
