Red Wall Art Gallery
The Resorts World Red Wall Art Gallery was created in 2012 to showcase work by aspiring and local artists, photographers and textile makers, in conjunction with community arts organizations. The Red Wall Art Gallery is an extension of our commitment to support economic development in the community, and to work with local cultural organizations to expose arts and culture to our audience. The gallery, located in a prime viewing area on two floors of the casino, can be viewed by more than 10,000 visitors per day.

“Movement in Space” by Lisa D. Wade will be exhibiting on the Red Wall Art Gallery throughout the month of October. Lisa D.Wade is an emerging photographer from Queens. Wade photographed the dancers at the Vissi Dance Theater, capturing their movement and the juxtaposition of their bodies and the space surrounding them.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many challenges to our community, but Jamaica and Flushing Hospital’s healthcare heroes are determined to keep fighting on the frontlines. At Resorts World New York City, we honor these local health heroes by displaying their photos and stories at various locations on our gaming floor.

“Skin and Bone”
Artist Michael Gianakos presents Skin and Bone; a pyrographic exhibit that celebrates the beauty and strength of the human form and it’s perfectly, imperfect, role as a vehicle for our physical experiences. The artist essentially uses a blowtorch as a paintbrush by applying heated objects or fire directly to a wooden surface.
Summer in the City
New York is amazing as seen in the images of acclaimed photographer Dominick Totino. Independence Month
This month marks the 243th Independence Day of the United States of America. To commemorate, Queens Center of Progress patients created celebratory artwork depicting fireworks, the American flag and the Statue of Liberty.

Spring has arrived! April is National Garden Month and to commemorate Resorts World Casino NYC collaborated with Queens Botanical Garden. “People. Plants. Cultures” exhibition was a photo contest where locals took pictures of scenes at Queens Botanical Garden. Vibrant photos of flowers, fauna, and fun illuminated the walls of the gallery, welcoming spring.
Outstanding Women
Women’s History Month celebrates all women who made honorable contributions and achievements to our nation in the midst of adversity. In partnership with Queens Historical Society, “Leading the Way: Six Outstanding Women of Queens” introduces six exceptional women who made extraordinary achievements in their lives while living in Queens.

Fantasy in Arts & Quilts
Nine artists and quilters joined together to form a collective group to present the Fantasy in Arts & Quilts exhibit. Carnival in the City
The Carnival in the City exhibit returned for another year featuring photography of the West Indian Carnival. The annual event unites millions of visitors in Brooklyn from Caribbean islands, Southern and Central American countries. Summer in the City
Queens Centers for Progress is a major provider of services for people with developmental disabilities throughout Queens and the New York metropolitan area. The agency currently provides an array of services to more than 2,000 people and their families. The Summer in the City exhibit featured paintings and drawings by over 20 of their art students.
Emmett Wigglesworth
Mr. Wigglesworth is a muralist, painter, sculptor, fabric designer and poet who has been creating for over six decades. He has also designed and illustrated several books and magazines for various publishing companies. The Emmet Wigglesworth exhibit is in collaboration with the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning (JCAL).
