Resorts World New York City sponsored the Sutphin Boulevard BID Harvest Festival. Sutphin Boulevard is a shopping area in South Queens and is home to many retailers and services. The Harvest Festival was held along Sutphin Boulevard with many merchants and festival-goers showing their support.
