      • Facilities and Engineering – Landscaping, LED/lighting, snowplows, plumbing, heating, and cooling equipment.
      • Food and Beverage – Meat, seafood, produce, dairy, alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages.
      • Hotel – Beds, mattresses, linen, cleaning supplies.
      • Back of House – Furniture, computers, copy machines, office supplies.
      • Others-Health benefits, travel services, advertising, and marketing services.

All Suppliers Must Meet The Following Standards
      • Provide quality products and services.
      • Have competitive pricing.
      • Be financially stable and have a proven track record.
      • Meet risk and insurance standards.

A Supplier Diversity Applicant Must Also Meet The Following Expectations
      • Have diverse ownership (more than 51%).
      • Be certified by applicable State and City agencies.
To Be A Supplier With Resorts World
      • Approved suppliers may be invited to bid, quote or participate in an RFA/RFP process.
      • May be required to obtain a gaming license with New York Gaming Commission.
      • Must complete the attached forms, including a signed the Vendor Information Form, a Signed W9, Signed Conflict of Interest Form

The person(s) completing the questionnaire must be knowledgeable about the vendor’s business and operations. An owner or officer must certify the questionnaire.

Every question must be answered. Each response must provide all relevant information which can be obtained within the limits of the law. Individuals and Sole Proprietors may use a Social Security Number but are encourage to obtain and use a federal Employer Identification Number (EIN).
