The exhibit, debuting Thanksgiving week, will highlight the service of the healthcare heroes at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center
QUEENS, NEW YORK – To thank and honor the local frontline medical workers who have worked tirelessly to treat patients affected by COVID-19, Resorts World Casino New York City will be hosting the “Thanks to Our Everyday Heroes” exhibition. The exhibition will feature photos of the frontline teams from Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Flushing Hospital Medical Center working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event will be featured at Resorts World Casino New York City in Jamaica, Queens for one week from Monday, November 23rd to Monday, November 30th.
The photos will be displayed in an extraordinary fashion by being projected onto Resorts World’s big screen and chandeliers, creating a larger-than-life viewing experience. Among the inspiring photos is a quote from the hospital teams, reading, “The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many challenges to our community, but Jamaica and Flushing Hospital’s healthcare heroes are determined to keep fighting on the frontlines. We will continue to work bravely and tirelessly to help Queens get through this difficult time. It has been our greatest honor to serve you.”
